Cancellations & Refunds Policy

1. No Refunds for Digital Products

  • All digital products, memberships, and paid community access on Edlern are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not possible once access is granted.

2. Subscription Cancellations

  • Users can cancel their paid community subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation stops future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
  • After cancellation, access to the paid community will continue until the end of the paid term.

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payments due to technical errors.
  • Non-delivery of a digital product due to system failure.
  • Unauthorized transaction (must be reported within 7 days with valid proof).

4. How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)

  • Users must contact Edlern support at support@edlern.com within 7 days of purchase.
  • Include payment details (transaction ID, email, and issue description).
  • If approved, refunds within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Users are encouraged to contact Edlern Support before initiating a chargeback with their bank.
  • Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Changes to This Policy

Edlern reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our platform implies agreement with the updated terms.
